Return Process

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original WittShop boxes, ensuring all protective padding and hardware are included to prevent damage.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned home goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
